The Jungle Book and a hair cut

Joshua and Caleb performed twice last week in their drama program.  The shows went great, and the boys seemed to have a lot of fun with their group.  Caleb is quite the "comic thespian."  Joshua does it because we want him to do it, ha ha.  If he didn't do such a good job, we might stop encouraging him so strongly.  Caleb was the youngest in the group, as it was really supposed to be 3rd - 12th graders.  The director asked for extras, and she let Caleb join in.   Most of the kids had multiple parts, so there was a lot of activity backstage.  Luke enjoyed the whole show, Thomas was scared of the tiger everytime he appeared on stage, and Anna sat mesmerized the entire show in our Pastor's wife's lap.  We were so thankful they joined us for the show, especially since Anna sat with them the entire time.  We were worried how it would go with the 2 littles!

Joshua wanted his hair cut immediately after we got home.  So, here are the before, during, and after pictures.  He still has on his makeup from the play, if you are wondering why his cheeks look so rosy!
